To set up your Campaigns page, you will need to do the following steps:
Go to Invitations / Campaigns Page.

Hit the button + New Campaign to set up a new reviews campaign.

Step 1: Set up campaign details.

A: Fill in your campaign’s name.
B: Select the number of daily invites.
C, D, E: Select the invitation schedule.
F: Hit the button Next.
Step 2: Set up invitation messages.

A: Choose the delay before the campaign starts after the creation.
B: Prevent sending multiple review invitations to the same customer if there are various campaigns.
C: Select the template you created in Invitations / Templates / Email tab.
D: Select the email subject you created in Invitations / Templates / Subject lines tab.
E: Select the template you created in Invitations / Templates / SMS tab.
F: Hit the button Next.
Step 3: Set up reminder messages (optional).

A: Choose the delay before you resend an email if your customer didn’t answer.
B: Select the template you created in Invitations / Templates / Email tab.
C: Select the email subject you created in Invitations / Templates / Subject lines tab.
D: Select the template you created in Invitations / Templates / SMS tab.
F: Hit the button Create to start your invitations.
Step 4: Manage your campaign.

Even though your campaign is created and started, you can still edit, delete, or pause/resume it.
