Here's how to compare your business with your competitors
To compare your business with your competitors, you will need to do the following steps:
Go to Configurations / Competitors page.
Hit the button New Competitor to create a competitor.
A & B: Fill in the competitor’s name.
C: Hit the button Create.
Choose a review platform to connect.
Manage the competitors.
You can edit, delete, or view your competitor’s ratings and reviews on multiple platforms.
