Here's how to import customers by CSV files
The Reviews Management Platform app offers you to add customers by CSV files.
To import contacts, you will need to do the following steps:
Go to Customers / Customer Lists page.
Hit button New Customer List to create a new list.
Enter the customers' list name and hit the button Create.
Your CSV file should be in the following format: UTF-8 with comma separators. The available fields are ID, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Phone country, Order ID, and Short-name.
Select the CSV file you want to upload and hit Next.
Match your imported data with the corresponding fields and hit Next.
Hit the button Import to confirm. The customers will then be imported to your customer list and ready to use.
