Here's how to manage your customers' data.
The Reviews Management Platform app offers you to consult and correct your customers’ data.
To manage your customers, you will need to do the following steps:
Go to Customers / Customers page.
Use the filter options to find your customer(s).
A: You can use the quick search area to find a unique customer.
B, C, D, E, F: You can also use the search filter to find a unique customer.
G: The list of customers offers you 3 options: see the activity of your relationship with your customer, modify his personal information, or delete him.
H: Finally, you can export the list of your customers as a CSV file.
If you select the "eye" button (G), you will see the detail of the activity of your customer relationship.
