Here's how to manage your review invitations by SMS

To communicate with your customers by SMS, you will need to do the following steps:

Go to Inbox page.

Inbox

Manage your review invitations.

Inbox Detail

A: The left column is the customer list you sent an SMS invitation to. Select a customer from the list to manage the conversation.
B: Here are the details of your customer: his email and phone number.
C: Hit the box to exclude the customer from the events.
D: Write your message to send and hit the button Send SMS.
