Here's how to manage your invitations
You need to start the Campaigns before being able to manage them. The Reviews Management Platform app offers you the easiest way to manage customer invitations.
To manage your customer invitations, you will need to do the following steps:
Go to Invitations / My invitations page.
With the filter form, you can choose the email, phone, name, if the invitation was reviewed, on what channel (email, widget, SMS), and the date.
Hit on the customer line to see his campaign detail.
