My Reports
Here's the view of your business.
You need to set up the Review Sources page before being able to see them on the dashboard.
The Reviews Management Platform app lets you consult a report on your business.
To see what is happening, you will need to do the following steps:
Go to Reports / My Reports page.
Select your date range or use a pre-calculated range (today, yesterday, last 7 days, last 30 days, this month, last month, this year, and last year).
You have a view of your business in the selected date range:
You can see your reviews, ratings, and invitations globally.
Over time, you can see your star rating, review count, invitations, and customers' sentiment.
You can also see a summary of your campaigns.
