Here's how to invite your customers to opt-in to receive review invitations
You need to set up a Campaign before being able to use the opt-in function.
The Reviews Management Platform app allows customers to opt-in to receive review invitations.
To set up your opt-in page, you will need to do the following steps:
Go to Landing Page / Opt In Page.
Set up your Opt-in page.
A: Select in which campaign your customer will get added.
B: Authentication allows your customers to input a username and a password before access to the opt-in page.
C: The CSV upload option enables the ability to upload a CSV file of customers.
D: reCAPTCHA allows you to protect your page against bots.
E:To customize the design of your opt-in page, click on the link.
F: This is the URL page to share with your customers.
