Here's how to respond your customer's reviews

The Reviews Management Platform app offers you the easiest way to respond to your customer's

You need to set up the Review Sources before being able to respond to reviews.

To respond to your customer's reviews, you will need to do the following steps:

Go to Reviews / My Reviews page.

My Reviews

With the filter form, you can choose the review platform, date, rating range, and only reviews that have yet to be responded to if needed.


Hit the button respond.


Respond to the selected review and hit the button response.
