Sharing Reviews to Social Media
Here's how to share reviews on social media
You need to set up the Review Sources page before being able to post your customer's reviews on social media.
The Reviews Management Platform app offers you the easiest way to connect your social media.
To post your customer's reviews on social media, you will need to do the following steps:
Go to Reviews / Social Sharing page.

Connect your social media. Three social media are available: Facebook, Twitter, and Google Business.
Hit the button of a social media and follow the usual step for social media like Google Business:

Set up what you post and when you send it.

A - Enable the sharing.
B - Create your post template and include variables.
C - Add images to your post.
D - You can exclude some star ratings.
E - You can exclude some review sources.
F - You can also exclude reviews with no text or media.
G - Manage the publication dates.
H - Don’t forget to save your setup!
