Here's how to create your email and SMS templates
The Reviews Management Platform app allows you to create email and SMS templates for your review campaigns.
To set up your Templates page, you will need to do the following steps:
Go to Invitations / Templates Page.
Select the Email tab and hit the button + New Template to create an email Template.
Layout option: Choose one of the 4 layouts: funnel, a column with a limited width, a column with a full width, or a simple text. Then you can edit the content and change its design.
Theme option: Choose one of the 2 themes: Friendly review invite, white or dark. Then you can edit the content and change its design.
Code your own option: Choose this option if you want to create your own design. The variables link lists all the variables available. You can also see a preview of your HTML code and send an email to test the result.
Select the SMS tab and hit the button + New Template to create an SMS template.
Fill in the name of your template. Then write your text (160 characters) and add an image if needed. The variables link lists all the variables available.
Select the Subject Lines tab and hit the button + New Subject Line to create the subjects for your templates.
Fill in the subject line you’ll use for your emails. The variables link lists all the variables available.
